We’re a bunch of men coming together, spurring one another along. It’s a place where we leave our rank at the door and allow ourselves to be men, without fear of judgement. We get in shape together, physically and mentally.
All warriors are in constant competition with each other. It’s not about who can lift the most weight, run the fastest, or is the leanest. It’s about who can keep their promises. You earn points for healthy eating, exercising, and being disciplined.
A healthy diet doesn’t mean cutting out all the foods and drinks you love. Cutting out the worst like sugar and empty carbs (spaghetti, white toast, ...) is enough. You still get to have a glass of scotch & soda with your Ribeye steak on Sundays. Just go easy on the BBQ sauce.
Just 12 minutes of exercise a day is plenty to feel and see results. No two hours weight-lifting sessions. No 10-miles runs. Just 12 minutes of movement.
You and I have a 30-minute chat where I explain the programme in detail. If you feel ready for the challenge, I’ll introduce you to the other warriors.
To kick off the programme, I host a Zoom call with all warriors. We introduce ourselves and talk about our motivation and goals for the programme.
Don’t let yourself and your team down by slacking off. As long as you keep eating clean, moving regularly, and following through on your promises, you’ll see results.
After 12 weeks, the programme is over. In a last Zoom call, we celebrate our achievements and look at our before and after photos. It’s quite the party.
